Common questions
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. We ship within Canada and to the United States from Oakville, Ontario. For US orders, shipping is calculated at checkout via Shopify Shipping, and duties/import taxes may appear as a separate line when they apply.
How much is shipping?
Canada (all products):
- FREE local delivery within 25 km of Oakville (any order amount)
- $10.00 standard shipping everywhere else in Canada
Canadian orders have no HST/GST charged. Estimated standard delivery is 3-9 business days after we ship.
United States: rates are calculated at checkout via Shopify Shipping. Duties and import taxes may be added as a separate checkout line when they apply.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking once your order ships. Peak seasons may take a little longer.
How do I care for my pieces?
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and harsh cleaners so wood, brass, and enamel stay beautiful for years.
